These terms apply to everyone who uses WheelMela (the website and its services). By creating an account or posting
content you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use WheelMela.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and give a real name and a phone number you control.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, post fraudulent content or harm other users.

2. Vehicle ads

  • WheelMela is a marketplace. Sales happen directly between buyers and sellers, and WheelMela is not a party to them.
  • You may only advertise a vehicle you own or are authorised to sell, with a true description, price, mileage

and photos of that vehicle.

  • Stolen vehicles, vehicles with fake or tampered documents, and anything illegal to sell in Pakistan are forbidden.
  • We review ads before publishing and may edit categories, reject or remove any ad without giving a reason.
  • Featured ad packages are paid services. Once a feature has started it is not refundable, except where required by law

or when we remove an ad by mistake.

3. Chat, Demand Board and forums

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, and sharing other people's personal data are not allowed.
  • Do not post contact details or links to move buyers off the platform in order to scam them.
  • Forum posts are opinions of their authors, not advice from WheelMela. Check important information with a professional.
  • By posting, you allow WheelMela to display and distribute your content on the site and in search results.

4. The WheelMela Store

  • Store products are sold by WheelMela. Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated.
  • An order is confirmed when we accept it. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was shown

wrongly, or the payment cannot be verified; any amount paid is then refunded.

  • Bank transfer orders must be paid, with proof uploaded, within 48 hours or they are cancelled automatically.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, and for items that

arrive damaged or wrong. Refunds are made by bank transfer once the item is received and checked.

  • Fitment information is a guide. Check the part number against your vehicle before installing.

5. Payments

  • Bank transfer payments are verified manually against the transaction number and receipt you upload. Uploading a

fake or edited receipt is fraud and will be reported.

  • We never ask for your card PIN, OTP or online banking password.

6. Limits of our responsibility

  • We do not inspect, own or guarantee vehicles listed by users, and we do not guarantee that a buyer or seller will

complete a deal. Follow our safety tips.

  • To the extent allowed by law, WheelMela is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or from deals

between users.

7. Intellectual property

The WheelMela name, logo, site design and catalog data belong to WheelMela. You keep ownership of the photos and text you post.
Do not copy or scrape the site without written permission.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
